What issues do you help with?
I work with clients dealing with anxiety, anger, men’s issues, life direction, psychedelic integration, stress, relationship concerns, and more. If you’re unsure whether I can help, feel free to reach out.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
When are you available?
I am available for appointments on weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Yes. I offer secure online counselling and coaching sessions via video.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral. Simply contact me to make an appointment.
Do you issue insurance receipts?
Yes, I provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurance provider. However, it’s best to check with them directly to confirm your coverage for counselling services from a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
What will my initial appointment cover?
Your first session will cover the following:
- Your concerns and current presenting issues
- How these concerns are affecting your life right now
- Your goals and expectations for counselling and/or coaching
- An overview of how I work, along with time to ask any questions you may have
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit card, Interac e-Transfer, and cash at the time of service.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
In accordance with standard professional practice, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
