Psychedelic Integration Therapy in Montreal
Therapeutic Support Integrating Your Experience
Psychedelic integration therapy for those who have experienced or are curious about psychedelics such as psilocybin (magic mushrooms), MDMA and ayahuasca.
Psychedelic integration counselling helps you make sense of, or prepare for, psychedelic experiences.
I provide harm reduction information, guidance and integration support to people who have experienced or are curious about psychedelics such as psilocybin (magic mushrooms), ayahuasca, LSD, and MDMA for the treatment of issues such as chronic depression and anxiety. Integration sessions are offered in person in Montreal or online.
For some people, the effect of psychedelics can make ordinary, familiar experiences overwhelming. Others may remain confused or anxious long after their experience is over. Psychedelic integration therapy provides an opportunity for you to discuss your experiences, whatever they may be.
From Confusion to Understanding
The ‘aim’ of psychedelic integration counselling is to make sense of and determine how to best incorporate insights gained from your psychedelic experiences into your day-to-day life.
During sessions, I invite you – if you wish – to talk about the details of your experiences. I draw your attention toward any insights or emotional shifts that may have occurred, and help you consider how these changes may be integrated into your daily life.
Please note, I do not provide psychoactive substances, nor do I recommend their use. However, if you do intend to journey into altered states of consciousness, I offer support to those seeking assistance to integrate their experiences.

Judgement-Free, Empathic Counselling
I understand the experience of altered states of consciousness, and I will not dismiss anything you might choose to share about your own explorations. I know that, after the ‘light show’ has ended, integration is key to understanding and growth.
I can help you make sense of the lessons from your experience and integrate them into your day-to-day life.
