Therapy & Counselling Westmount Montreal

Therapeutic Support Integrating Your Experience

Psychedelic integration counselling for those who have experienced or are curious about psychedelics such as psilocybin (magic mushrooms), MDMA and ayahuasca.

Psychedelic integration counselling helps you make sense of psychedelic experiences and consider how to apply insights in daily life.

I provide integration support to people who have experienced or are considering psychedelics such as psilocybin, ayahuasca, LSD, and MDMA. Integration sessions are offered in person in Montreal or online.

Some people find ordinary experiences overwhelming after a psychedelic journey. Others remain confused or anxious long after the experience ends. Integration therapy provides space to discuss your experience, whatever it may be.

From Confusion to Clarity

The goal of integration counselling is to make sense of your experience and determine how to incorporate insights into your day-to-day life.

During sessions, you can discuss the details of your experience. I draw attention to insights or emotional shifts that occurred and help you consider how these changes may be integrated into daily life.

I do not provide psychoactive substances, nor do I recommend their use. If you intend to explore altered states of consciousness, I offer support to help you integrate your experiences.

Non-Judgemental Support

I understand altered states of consciousness and will not dismiss anything you choose to share. After the experience ends, integration is key to understanding and growth.

I can help you make sense of lessons from your experience and integrate them into day-to-day life.
