Stress Management Counselling Montreal

Overcome Your Stress

Learn practical tools and strategies to help you manage stress.

What is Stress?

Stress shows up in our lives in different ways. It might be work pressure, a difficult life event, or a family issue. But whatever the cause, being stressed has a huge impact on your life.

You don’t sleep properly. You feel irritable all the time. You’re snapping at the people you love. And you’re probably giving yourself a hard time over all of it.

Living like that is exhausting, and it can lead to depression and anxiety if you don’t get on top of it early.

I help clients understand the root cause of their stress and arm them with a stress management toolkit to help them cope and move forward.

When everything feels overwhelming it’s tempting to try quick fixes, such as alcohol or scrolling social media. Doing that might help you feel good in the moment, but over time it can create its own problems.

In most cases, you can’t just walk away from the situation or challenge that’s causing you to feel stressed. And if you worry that talking about it might make you look or feel weak, you keep it locked up and it only gets worse.

What is Stress Counselling?

I offer a judgement-free environment, so you can feel safe to open up and talk about the problem.

I show you how to deal with and reduce your stress in a healthy way, so you can choose how you act and react, and how you live your life.
