How Can Therapy Help Me?
If you keep finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help. These might show up as people-pleasing, blowing up under stress, or shutting down in conflict. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward changes that serve you better.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, therapy offers a supportive space for meaningful, lasting change. It can help you meet life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
At Paul Jozsef Counselling & Coaching, I provide individual counselling for:
Therapist and Counsellor in Westmount, Montreal
My name is Paul, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and practical. I work with you to understand the patterns behind your reactions and develop skills you can use between sessions. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Together, we’ll work to understand how your past may be shaping your present, how you make sense of life’s challenges, and how you can build a more meaningful, fulfilling future.
My office is located in Westmount, a short walk from Atwater Metro on the green line and near the Alexis Nihon shopping mall. I also offer online sessions if that’s a better fit for you.
